Zoe has always been extremely active and on the go, with a hobby as a child turning into a 12 year career as a professional dancer she has secured some incredible jobs and experiences. Those feelings of freedom to do what you love for a living meant it was always going to be a tough industry to leave behind. But like anything there's always the darker down moments of the job not knowing what was coming next, or when she would work again.
This made her feel like she could never live in the present moment and felt unsettled, unstable and full of angst.
Through down time was when the unveilment of yoga came to light. Attending classes became a regular thing and she could not believe the profound effect it had, it always ceased to amaze her how energised and uplifted it made her feel during and after the practise. How physically demanding it could be & more importantly how mentally & spiritually these benefits of yoga impacted on her and gave her the ability to think clearer, to let go and really be in the present.
It was so good In fact, that this path was indeed the beginning of a new and exciting chapter, with a lot of hard work and dedication she became qualified as a yoga Teacher in 2015

She loves to let you explore your abilities and to help you reach your potential thus allowing your confidence to grow. Yoga is for everyone and it does not matter if things are not perfect. Your practise is time to feel alive, loved and free.
So whether you prefer a powerful and dynamic vinyasa flow to warm and strengthen, perhaps face your fears or relive your childhood days by going upside down with inversions such as handstands or headstands, learn how to balance on your hands in many hand balances. Or maybe you’d like to find a calmer, lighter flow with a yin style approach to find length, improve flexibility and bring calmness to your body and mind. All classes finish with a meditation to help you to find a peacefulness and bring an inner calm to your day.
Yoga has taught Zoe self discipline, forgiveness, patience and most importantly being present. She encourages others to take a deep breath in, hold it briefly and let it go ‘Every day is a fresh new start"
This practise is truly rewarding, a journey that never ends but continues to blossom.
